Luna Clinic: Terms of Professional Engagement

1. Scope of Clinical Services

Luna Clinic provides premium psychological services, including individual psychoanalytic depth work and high-stakes couples therapy via the Gottman Method. Our services are exclusively designed for high-functioning adults and high-performance couples.

The Iron Gate: Luna Clinic does not provide pediatric care. All clinical interventions are focused on adult structural change and executive emotional health.

2. Financial Commitment & Retainer Policy

In alignment with our Asset Mindset, we view therapy as a high-level investment in the architecture of your mind.

Prepayment: To secure clinical priority and sanctuary integrity, all sessions require prepayment as indicated at the time of booking.

Identity Signaling: Our pricing structure is non-negotiable and exists to ensure the highest standards of clinical rigor and client commitment.

3. Cancellation & Structural Integrity (The 48-Hour Rule)

Professionalism and respect for time are core pillars of the Luna Clinic experience.

Advanced Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the session will be eligible for a credit or refund .

Late Cancellations: Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice—or failure to attend—will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee . This policy ensures the stability of the clinical environment and respects the practitioner’s dedicated time.

4. Payment Processing & Refund Architecture

Transaction Security: Payments are processed via Stripe to ensure global-standard encryption and discretion .

Refunds: All refunds are issued according to the internal clinic policy and based on the structural integrity rules mentioned above .

Service Guarantees: As per our professional agreements, any associated advertising or administrative spend is non-refundable, as it represents executed operational logistics .

5. The Sanctuary: Confidentiality & Discretion

Discretion is our highest value. All sessions are held within a strictly private sanctuary.

Clinical Privacy: Your information is protected by the highest standards of clinical confidentiality .

Legal Exceptions: Disclosure is only mandated in extreme cases of imminent harm to self or others, or by a specific court order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luna Clinic maintains a high-performance digital and physical infrastructure. However, the clinic is not liable for technical failures beyond our reasonable control or for outcomes based on the client's level of engagement with the clinical process.
